As a Michelin-trained private chef with experience serving celebrities, high-profile families, and luxury clients around the world, my culinary journey has taken me from the Sonoma Coast to Los Angeles, the Bahamas, and now Miami. What began as a passion rooted in Italian family traditions has evolved into a profession defined by precision, creativity, and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients. Today, I specialize in delivering bespoke, restaurant-quality dining experiences for clients who value artistry, wellness, and unforgettable moments at the table.

I’m a private chef originally from the Sonoma Coast, raised in a traditional Italian household where food shaped every part of our life. Those early experiences - from legendary family meals to frequent visits to award-winning restaurants - sparked my lifelong passion for cooking and hospitality.

To pursue cooking professionally, I enrolled at the San Diego Culinary Institute. The training was highly disciplined and gave me the technical foundation to create refined, restaurant-quality dishes grounded in my Italian heritage.

My culinary path led me to COI Restaurant in San Francisco, a three-time Michelin-starred institution. Working 14–18-hour days, six days a week, I learned precision, perseverance, and the level of excellence required of Michelin-trained chefs - skills that now define my private chef services.

From there, I joined Grapevine Catering in Sonoma and Napa counties, cooking for large-scale luxury events with guest counts of 350+. This chapter taught me how to execute flawless, elegant food at volume - a skill that continues to elevate my private events today.

My career took a more intimate turn when I became a private chef for politicians, celebrities, and billionaire families. I prepared bespoke menus on luxury yachts, private islands in the Bahamas, and in private estates across Los Angeles. These experiences shaped my signature style: personalized, elevated dining with exceptional attention to detail.

Traveling with clients worldwide broadened my culinary perspective. I even spent time living in the jungle of Costa Rica, helping develop a high-end farm-to-table retreat center. This deepened my passion for wellness-focused, ingredient-driven cuisine - a core element of the menus I create today.

After building my career as one of Los Angeles’s top private chefs, I began working regularly on a private island in the Bahamas. During this period, I fell in love with Miami - its culture, energy, ocean air, and appreciation for elevated dining. In 2024, I relocated to South Florida full-time and established myself as a luxury private chef serving Miami, Miami Beach, Palm Beach, and the surrounding areas.
