The race is one part of a Miami Grand Prix trip. The meals around it are where your group can spend time together without splitting up over reservations. A private chef dinner at your rental or home gives the weekend a gathering place and a menu shaped around your guests.
The organizer has announced April 30–May 2, 2027 for the next Miami Grand Prix. Check the official Miami Grand Prix website for current dates, tickets and event information before finalizing travel or meal times.
Choose which meal deserves a place in the itinerary
A welcome dinner can bring everyone together before the busiest part of the weekend. A lunch can suit guests with evening plans. A final dinner gives the group a shared ending to the trip. Choose the occasion first, then discuss the private dinner or lunch format with Collin.
Do not assume a dinner immediately after the on-track schedule will suit everyone. Allow time to leave the venue, travel back and settle in. If your guests have different tickets or plans, agree which meal everyone will attend before confirming the count.
Plan around your accommodation, not a map pin alone
Give Collin the actual neighborhood where dinner will take place. Staying in Miami Beach, Brickell or another part of South Florida does not mean the journey from the race is the same. Avoid building the meal around an unverified travel-time estimate.
At a vacation rental, check permission for outside chefs and visitors. Share kitchen photographs or equipment details directly, arrange chef access, and confirm parking or building entry requirements. Read the Airbnb private-chef guide before the first menu conversation.
Make the meal work for the whole group
Tell Collin whether the evening should feel celebratory and social or quieter and more intimate. Share preferred ingredients, allergies and the number of courses you have in mind. The sample menus give you a starting point; the final proposal should match your gathering.
For hosts: choose one person to confirm the guest count and schedule.
For guests: collect food preferences before agreeing the menu.
For the space: count seats, plates, glassware, silverware and napkins.
For service: confirm the preparation window and any building restrictions.
Separate dinner plans from race hospitality
A private dinner at your accommodation is a different arrangement from hospitality inside the race venue. Ask the organizer about track access, tickets and official hospitality. Ask Collin about your off-site meal, kitchen needs and service scope. Chef Collin is an independent provider and does not represent Formula 1 or the Miami Grand Prix.
Request your weekend dining plan
Send your date, dining location, guest count, preferred meal time and budget range. Include any hard departure time or arrival uncertainty so the proposal can address it. If you are also considering a daytime gathering, explore private brunch as a separate service.
Discuss your Miami race-weekend dinner with Collin. Confirm availability and a written scope before building the meal into the itinerary.
