From first conversation to a plan
A clear plan.
Before you commit.
Start with the service, approximate numbers and general locations. You can discuss food preferences, budget and responsibilities before deciding whether the program fits.
Share the essentials.
Choose a service, approximate group size, general location and preferred timing.
Discuss what fits.
Review menus, delivery or venue arrangements, frequency and any service needs with Collin.
Agree the details.
Proceed once scope, availability, pricing and responsibilities are confirmed in your proposal.
Exploring a recurring program? Ask whether a limited first service or pilot would suit your team. Availability, coverage and the operating plan are confirmed individually.
Before we begin
A few useful
answers.
Early conversations focus on fit. The exact menu and operating details belong in your individual proposal.
What is the difference between the three services?
Employee-home meals are arranged by an employer for delivery to employees’ homes. Office lunches serve a workplace on a recurring schedule. Executive dining is planned around a particular meeting, client meal or company event. Choose the relevant service in your inquiry and share your approximate group size, location and timing.
Can meals go to more than one employee home?
Share approximate participant numbers and the cities or ZIP areas involved. Collin can then assess whether the locations, schedule and delivery arrangements are feasible. Please do not include employee names or home addresses in the initial inquiry.
Can we request a recurring office schedule?
Yes. Tell us your office location, approximate headcount, preferred frequency and start window. Delivery days, menu format, setup and availability are discussed before a schedule is agreed.
Can you accommodate food preferences or allergies?
Discuss preferences and allergy requirements with Collin before confirming a menu. Suitability and preparation requirements must be assessed individually. Do not send employee medical information or individual dietary records through this inquiry.
How are program prices determined?
Share your service, location, group size, menu preferences and frequency. Request an itemized scope and total quote covering the meals, delivery, serving requirements and any additional staffing before you commit.
Can we arrange a client dinner or leadership event?
Choose Executive dining and share the occasion, date or date range, venue area and approximate guest count. Menus and service style can then be planned around the gathering. You can also explore Chef Collin’s private catering.

A plan for your business.
Tell us which service you are considering, your approximate group size, location and timing. Chef Collin will follow up to discuss the menu and a proposal.
General locations are enough for this first conversation. An inquiry does not confirm a booking or delivery. Your information is used to respond to your request. Privacy Policy.
